Placing HTML tags in your document is a breeze with PageBuilder. The Button Bar contains tabs relating to each category of HTML tag, plus three for PageBuilder's own functions. Each category contains a number of buttons (over 100 in all) that help you create properly formed tags.

The simple tags (<B>, <CENTER>, etc.) need just one click of a button. Many of the simple tags can also be placed using keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+B for <B>, Ctrl+E for <CENTER>). PageBuilder places the tags intelligently, too - if you've highlighted a section of your text, the tags will be placed to surround it. As you can see from the illustration on the right, adding attributes to the tags is simple too - just right-click the tag and choose "Attributes for <TAG>", and PageBuilder gives you a list of the appropriate attributes to choose from.

Placing images into your documents is even easier - simply find the image you want in the file list on the left-hand side of PageBuilder and drag-and-drop the image into your document. All the necessary details of height, width and so on are inserted automatically. You can even request PageBuilder to prompt you for a text alternative to place within the tag.

The more complex tags (lists, tables and so forth) have a lot of attributes; so many that most of us can't remember them all! PageBuilder helps here too by providing "construction screens".
