It's a mess isn't it, but that's the way it comes! Of course, it's possible to decode the message manually, but if you want the easy way out you can use this free decoder program! This is what the message looks like when it's been opened up in the Form Decoder:

Once you've decoded the message you can save it as a plain text file, copy it to the clipboard as plain text or print it in its decoded form. The decoder will work with any messages which are encoded in this way, no matter how many fields the message may have. You also have the option of associating .att files with Form Decoder - you can then double click the files in Windows Explorer (or right-click them in Outlook Express and choose Open) to view them in Form Decoder.
